Production timeline
Design Phase
Creating your digital proof might take one to two business days and may take a couple of revision rounds before final approval. In some instances, three to four rounds of revision are required, which will add more time to the process. Please keep in mind that the timeliness and quality of your feedback will also determine the speed of the design phase. The design phase ends once you've provided approval to print the artwork and settled any outstanding invoice that may incur (e.g upgrading paper type or quantity). During this phase, you'll be able to customise any design components.
Production Phase
Once the design phase is completed, our design team will prepare the materials and begin printing. The time to produce will differ based on the finishing you selected.

Although we do not have a rush service, please notify us during your digital proofing so that we can do the best to cater to your urgency.

Estimated shipping times
When you are about to checkout we will show you approximatelly how long does your stationery take to produce and ship. Please be mindful that with the current world situation there is always a possibility of unknown delay.
Shipping options
We offer a number of flexible shipping options to choose from:
1. Single Shipment
Have all of your items sent in a single delivery. This includes pre-wedding items (Save the date, wedding invtation), wedding day items (table numbers, place cards and menus) and post-wedding items (thank you cards).
2. Multiple Shipments
This is to help couples to print only what they need, as most will only have their wedding day stationery details and quantities confirmed, after the guests have RSVP’d.

What is Pressed foil
Foil pressing refers to the application of foil using heat and pressure to transfer it onto the paper's surface. When you run your hands over a foil-pressed print you'll be able to see and feel a slight indentation of the surface giving it a beautiful and tactile finish similar to letterpress. Modern digital foil stamping cannot achieve this effect. All collections in the press foil collection are done on non-digital texture paper such as cotton paper.
